L&D Leaders Community

Advancing L&D through the impact of social learning

The L&D Leaders Community is a global group of experienced learning professionals who want to make learning more collaborative and impactful. Instead of relying on one-off programs or static tools, we explore how social learning can be embedded into everyday work to build stronger, more adaptive organizations.

This community is designed for leaders who need fresh ideas and proven practices to solve real challenges. Through member showcases, focused virtual events, and ongoing collaboration in our community workspace, the community makes it easy to share experiences, exchange tools, and turn social learning into real impact.

What our members say

Melanie Calle
Sr. Manager, Talent Development
Kontoor Brands

I believe highly in the strength of a Network – I get very inspired by the diversity of thought and it’s a great platform to share thoughts and ideas with others.  Coming together on a specific interesting topic, learning about other businesses or ways of working. Being part of something exciting!

Sami M Leppänen
Head of L&D PMO, People and Communications
KONE

“It’s great to meet like-minded people who share the same interest and passion. Everyone brings different perspectives and use cases, which helps broaden my own thinking. At the same time, I recognize patterns in my own organization that I need to address. Learning from peers is something I truly value. This community provides a space where we can discuss challenges and opportunities in using these tools effectively. That’s the value I see—hearing opinions, recognizing similarities and differences, and applying those insights in my work.”
